One credit equals one page scan. A page scan runs every applicable check against a single URL and stores the result. Rescanning the same page uses another credit, which is what builds your history.

No. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. If you consistently run out, the right answer is a higher tier rather than a surprise invoice.

Yes, at any time. We will confirm the exact proration behaviour with you at provisioning rather than state terms here that we have not finalised.
